Brianna Souddress

Brianna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides counseling services to both individuals and couples. Brianna provides a humanistic and attachment-based approach to therapy, while also using techniques from her formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Brianna emphasizes  building a safe relationship in session as the foundation for growth and healing. On top of this foundation, Brianna provides Clients with a variety of helpful tools and skills to help Clients create meaningful change in their worlds.  Brianna hopes to provide what feels holistic by creating space for every part of the Client and their experiences to be explored in the therapy room. Brianna is warm, empathetic, and a true believer in the therapy process.

Brianna works well with clients struggling to navigate relationships and healthy communication. Since becoming a mom of two, Brianna has found growing passion in supporting women in issues like pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, miscarriage, and parenting. This is often a population that can get overlooked and Brianna has found meaning in being an advocate. Brianna also works well with the LGBTQ community and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Brianna received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from New York University and went on to receive a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from University of North Texas. Brianna was born and raised in the Dallas area and has found a beautiful life there with her partner, two children, and kitten, Rya.
