Jenna believes healing happens when we attend to the deep connection between mind, body, and emotions. In therapy, she offers a nonjudgmental and collaborative space where clients can process distressing experiences and reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel stuck, wounded, or overwhelmed. Her work supports clients in developing insight, increasing emotional regulation, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
She provides support for clients experiencing anxiety or persistent emotional distress, adult children of parents with mental health struggles, those healing from developmental and relational trauma, and individuals navigating the impact of a partner or spouse’s substance use. She also works with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, approaching this work with care, attunement, and a strong emphasis on safety and support.
Jenna’s goal is to help clients cultivate self-compassion, integrate different parts of themselves, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. She has clinical experience in outpatient treatment settings, where she has provided individual therapy, facilitated groups, and supported clients through case management.
