Jenna Tomlinson

Owner Of Juniper Wellness

Jenna is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Juniper Wellness. She provides individual therapy to adults from a relationally-focused psychodynamic and attachment-based approach to treatment.

Jenna believes that it is important to view the healing journey through the lens of acknowledging how connected the body is to our mind and emotions. Her goal in therapy is to cultivate a non-judgmental environment that will allow the client to become aware of unhelpful behavior patterns that have developed over time and work together to heal these wounded parts that created the patterns in the first place. Jenna’s hope is to facilitate healing and wholeness, allowing the client to integrate the different parts of themself, cultivate self-compassion and create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Jenna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. She has worked in an outpatient treatment setting and gained clinical experience by providing services through case management, leading groups, and individual therapy.

“Oh to love what is lovely, and will not last! What a task to ask of anything, or anyone, yet it is ours, and not by the century of the year, but by the hours.”
