Michaela Neff

LPC

Welcome, I’m Michaela. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas, with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked in residential substance use facilities, intensive outpatient settings, and in outpatient therapy with diverse client populations.  My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and shaped by existential, narrative, and attachment-based perspectives. I believe healing happens through meaningful connection, deep exploration, and a compassionate understanding of your unique story.

Outside the therapy room, I’m married and share my home with a few beloved pets. I love reading, creative projects, classic video games, and exploring new places and ideas. These passions help me stay grounded and curious—qualities I bring into my work with clients every day.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, processing trauma, or seeking a deeper sense of self, I’m here to walk with you as you move toward growth and healing.
